Client-scoped admin, product visibility, and contact-page fixes
Fixed contact page bugs and added product rollover descriptions in chat.
- New Client admins can now manage their own client's users and product entitlements from the Admin menu.
- New Super admins control which products are visible to client admins, in chat, and on the schedule picker.
- New Chat agent buttons now show the product description on hover.
- Fix The contact page form and info/hours cards can now be hidden by the web designer agent.
